The Valentus Quickstart Plan
is easy and simple to follow!


1. Drink one SlimROAST before breakfast

Between 7am - 9am, drink 1 Valentus Prevail SlimROAST first thing in the morning, 15-30 minutes before your breakfast. Avoid adding traditional dairy or sugar. If desired, substitute with almond or coconut milk and sweeten with stevia or guava extract. If you experience sensitivity to the naturally-occurring caffeine, simply start by using 1/3 to 1/2 a packet and gradually increase in the following days and weeks.

2. Drink one TRIM before dinner

Between 1pm - 5pm, drink 1 Valentus prevail TRIM in the afternoon, 30-60 minutes before supper. If you experience sensitivity to the natural ingredients, simply start by using 1/3 to 1/2 a packet and gradually increase in the following days and weeks.

3. Drink one IMMUNE before bedtime

Between 8pm - 10pm, drink 1 Valentus Prevail IMMUNE 15-30 minutes before you go to sleep. If you experience sensitivity to the natural ingredients, simply start by using 1/3 to 1/2 a packet and gradually increase in the following days and weeks.

4. Repeat 6 days a week and take the 7th day off!

That's it! Just 24 days! Record your starting weight and your starting measurements and record these every day at the exact same time. Some people also like to take a few photographs of their starting body to serve as motivation. Take photos straight on and from the side. This is for your personal record only of course. Also, don't forget to drink plenty of water - 8 to 12 glasses per day. This is a critical part of any weight-loss journey.*
